Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service tools.
• Develop partnerships with branch teams to serve clients effectively.
• Proactively identify and address customers' financial needs.
