Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to four years of customer service experience.
• Three to four years of sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and tailor solutions to goals.
• Open new accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Promote digital self-service tools to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
