You will assess financial needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and guide them to appropriate digital self-service options. You will open new consumer and business accounts, submit credit applications, and collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience while complying with NMLS

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities
