Job summary

Oldcastle APG, part of CRH, seeks a Product Manager for Digital Customer Experience to drive web-based initiatives from discovery through delivery. You will align brand, digital solutions, product teams, design, sales and operations to own the digital product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features that improve the customer journey.

In this hybrid Atlanta role, you will liaise with stakeholders, write clear user stories, and guide delivery teams to ship customer-focused enhancements that

Qualifications

• Degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in product management or digital projects.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with digital product management, agile methods, analytics, and digital marketing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own digital product vision and backlog prioritization for web initiatives.
• Collaborate with brand, digital, product, creative, sales and operations teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the delivery roadmap and incremental enhancements.
• Represent customer needs and drive value across channels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and resources.
