Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Product Manager to lead planning and execution across the product lifecycle. You will gather requirements, define the vision, and partner with engineering, sales, channel marketing and production to drive profitable growth.

The role is hybrid based out of Bulls Gap, TN, with up to 35% travel domestically. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in related roles are required, plus strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in sales, operations, product development, or related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management from ideation to completion.
• Develop strategies with sales and customers; align with directors before launch.
• Create roadmaps by product category.
• Prepare project briefs and scope documents.
• Guide teams through development, costing, pricing, manufacturing, planning, and marketing.
• Determine pricing strategy per channel and review with business unit manager.
• Manage product lifecycle and phase in/out with sales/production planning.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on excess and obsolete items.
• Be product expert regarding competition.
• Set initial product specs with manufacturing and development; support QC.
