Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital channels, payments, banking practices and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze digital experiences and partner with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports Product Managers in design, development, and promotion of digital experiences for assigned areas.
• Performs basic analysis of digital experience, market trends, and third-party requirements.
• Assists in increasing penetration and usage of digital channels to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
• Assists in vendor evaluation and contract administration for digital products and services.
• Executes quality assessments and supports risk management and compliance needs.
• Assists in developing training materials for frontline staff and providing training as needed.
• Maintains business reporting capabilities and coordinates reporting for performance improvements.
• Participates in testing and defect remediation for digital solutions.
• Assists with documenting complex solutions including data mapping and roadmap creation.
