The eStore Common App Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful delivery, testing, and ongoing operation of the eStore Common App and its related integrations. This role serves as a key execution resource, leading QA, UAT, and CIT testing activities; coordinating release validation; documenting and tracking defects; and ensuring enhancements, system updates, and new product implementations function as intended. The analyst partners closely with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve user experiences, support production releases, and manage day-to-day operational requests. Through detailed analysis, testing, and issue resolution, this role helps ensure a stable, compliant, and customer-focused digital account opening experience while supporting the continued growth and enhancement of the eStore Common App platform.

Position is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital solutions for FNB including assisting with the management of assigned services which may include online account onboarding and opening, online and mobile account access platforms, card and payment services, or other related areas.
