Qualifications

• 4 yr degree in marketing, business, digital media, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or ecommerce merchandising.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel journeys and content strategy.
• Experience managing campaigns across email, push, SMS, web, and app.
• Able to collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to drive results.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support digital merchandising and content strategy across email, push, SMS, web, and app to drive sales.
• Develop and manage digital merchandising calendars aligned with brand campaigns and launches.
• Ensure consistent storytelling across channels to support transactions and loyalty.
• Partner with creative to develop assets reflecting brand voice.
• Monitor metrics and provide data-driven recommendations and post-campaign insights.
• Collaborate with CRM and analytics teams on segmentation and personalization.
• Project manage creative deliverables, briefs, and timelines; report progress to leadership.
• Participate in test-and-learn initiatives to optimize owned strategies and performance.
