Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in Waltham, MA. You will drive digital experiences on pega.com, bridging Digital Marketing and IT/DEV, translating business needs into technical tasks, and collaborating with UX and strategy teams to ensure on-brand, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, AI-enabled design tools, and a strong focus on user-centric digital design within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Drupal or enterprise CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS; JavaScript skills (React) are a plus.
Experience with SEO and analytics tools.
Prior experience with B2B corporate website projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional Digital and UX teams.
Drive development of flagship digital experiences on pega.com and act as the technical bridge between Digital Marketing and IT/DEV.
Translate business requirements into technical tickets, participate in sprint planning, UAT, and align stakeholders across teams.
Work with Digital Strategy and Design/UX to conceptualize world-class digital experiences on pega.com.
Ensure digital solutions align with brand and visual design guidelines.
Ensure assignments are delivered on time and meet key stakeholder needs.
