Delaware North in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital experiences, website development, and platform integration across marketing, IT, and creative teams.

You will drive analytics, content optimization, and ROI across web, email, social, and e‑commerce channels in a fast-paced environment. Strong CS background and broad marketing tech experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
• Strong marketing knowledge with systems and tools experience.
• Hands-on experience with content management, databases, email platforms, and web/e‑commerce systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and DAM tools.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to drive data‑driven decisions for digital experiences.
• Ensure web, email, social, and content marketing are effective and on-brand.
• Optimize content for search and social promotion to maximize ROI.
• Identify new channels and tactics to improve engagement and performance.
• Monitor trends in web and social media to boost content effectiveness.
