Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences, while maintaining security and accessibility standards across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce platforms, BigCommerce and Shopify administration.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics and marketing tagging.
• Familiarity with accessibility and UX best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for BigCommerce and Shopify platforms.
• Manage platform configuration, updates, integrations, and maintenance.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive ecommerce revenue and engagement.
