Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat seeks a Digital Enterprise Program Supervisor to lead the Design Disclosure Value Stream at EB Groton. You will manage a small team, coordinate with stakeholders across business, IT, and Navy, and drive improvements to digital tools and processes supporting submarine design, build, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or CS.
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and NX.
• 4+ years of relevant design/engineering, waterfront engineering, IT, digital transformation, program office, or ILS.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~5 employees and partner with stakeholders across business, IT, Program Office, and Navy.
• Grow and optimize tools and processes to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Define ownership of tools and processes and identify gaps/inefficiencies in current-state workflows.
• Drive implementation of tool, process, and procedural improvements and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop and track business metrics and a digital roadmap aligned to goals; mentor personnel.
