Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Design Disclosure Value Stream within the Digital Enterprise team. You will lead a small team, partner with IT, Program Office, and Navy stakeholders, and drive design-disclosure improvements using Teamcenter/NX and related tools.

You will define ownership, identify gaps, and manage cost/schedule while mentoring staff and communicating across the organization to deliver strategic, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or CS required.
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and NX.
• 4+ years in design/engineering, waterfront engineering, IT, digital transformation, or related programs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~5 to define and drive the Design Disclosure value stream improvements.
• Grow the business to support issue resolution and continuous improvement of EB’s tools and processes.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in current-state processes and systems.
• Drive resolution and implementation of tool, process, and procedural improvements.
• Troubleshoot and test production issues and improvement opportunities.
• Track cost and schedule performance and manage external customer touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain a digital roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Train and mentor personnel.
