Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a Program Representative to support the certification of state-of-the-art submarines for the U.S. Navy. The role focuses on digital governance, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration within the Digital Enterprise program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of work experience in Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Design and Engineering, Sustainment, Change or Program Office.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Managing execution of future programs digital milestones and key decisions.
• Developing and maintaining project plans.
• Leading and managing DE Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs) to completion.
• Developing and maintaining metrics, diagrams, etc. in support of program needs.
• Drive innovation into the EB culture & work processes.
• Develop and deliver presentations to upper level management, customers, and business partners.
• Interface with the IT organization, cognizant business areas, and external partners and customers to drive initiatives forward.
• Writing letters, memos, and/or formal meeting minutes.
