Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Software, Industrial, Systems, Chemical, or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in software applications or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess existing and new process/tool products for all programs.
• Facilitate assessments of upcoming business requirements and develop business cases as needed.
• Drive future vision strategy and implement changes to process/tools/training to meet business objectives.
• Define business requirements for procedures, software and training across programs.
• Coordinate resources and roadmap end-to-end processes across multiple programs.
• Provide status updates on milestones and health to management.
• Communicate and train on updated processes and software changes.
