Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal education and experience in occupational safety and health or related field.
• Experience designing technical content for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead teams and develop learning tools for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff by setting expectations, coaching, and providing growth opportunities.
• Translate technical safety knowledge into practical training materials and online courses.
• Identify audience needs and deliver tools, resources, and support for success.
• Build partnerships across DOSH, L&I, industry, and labor groups to advance safety initiatives.
• Present complex topics clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
• Create engaging learning using PowerPoint, Articulate, and related tools.
