Job summary

VNS Health is seeking a Digital Editorial & Web Content Manager to lead content strategy, planning, and governance for the enterprise website and digital properties. You will collaborate with marketing, stakeholders, and agencies to translate priorities into compelling, discoverable content.

The role requires healthcare content expertise, strong editorial leadership, and ability to drive content across consumer and professional audiences using AI tools and data insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in content strategy, digital content development, website content management, editorial operations, or related discipline.
• Strong writing, editing, content planning, and editorial leadership skills.
• Experience with content management systems, website publishing platforms, and digital content best practices.
• Experience developing content for both consumer and business/professional audiences.
• Experience managing agency and freelancer relationships, including scopes of work, budgets, and vendor performance.
• Experience leveraging AI writing, content automation, or analytics tools to improve content effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Experience with healthcare required; home-based care or nonprofit health care organizations preferred.

Who We're Looking For

• We're looking for a digital content leader-not just a writer. You know how to build a strategy, turn it into an actionable plan, guide agency and content partners, and successfully manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience in healthcare along with a strong understanding of digital content, editorial best practices, and SEO is required; health plans, pharma, or another regulated industry experience is especially valuable.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline required

Pay Range

USD $98,200.00 - USD $130,800.00 /Yr.
