Job summary

East-West Ministries International is seeking a Digital Gift Officer (DGO) to manage a mid-level gifts program and execute digital donor engagement strategies. You will work with the Development Team to cultivate mid-level donors and achieve annual gift goals while reflecting Christ-like character in all donor interactions.

The DGO will steward donor relationships, coordinate with ads to move first-time donors into ongoing engagement, and contribute to portfolio health reporting.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience within discipline, highly preferred.
• 5-7 years minimum experience working in a similar role, preferred.
• 5-7 years of ministry/nonprofit experience, preferred.
• Familiarity with development systems and processes.
• Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage digital donor acquisition strategies and engagement workflows.
• Shepherd first-time mid-level donors through the discovery process and ongoing engagement.
• Run specialized stewardship tracks for mid-level donors, ensuring high-touch engagement.
• Provide feedback on donor conversion trends and portfolio health to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the Development Team to identify and cultivate prospects and donors.
