The DGO works collaboratively with the Development Team to implement cultivation strategies for specific mid-level donor relationships to achieve the mission and goals of East-West. In this critical position, the DGO's effectiveness is measured by completing weekly donor engagement goals and achieving annual monetary gift goals through authentic Christian relationships with existing and new mid-level donors. As an ambassador of faith in Christ, the DGO fosters spiritual encouragement and consistent impact reporting to ensure each partner is well-supported in their journey of biblical generosity.

This position is responsible for playing their part to achieve the bigger mission of East-West and for ensuring that all Donor activities are clearly aligned with East-West Vision, Mission, Values, Statement of Faith, and Biblical principles.
