Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 1,000 mid-level donors.
• Develop omni-channel direct marketing campaigns to increase donor retention.
• Monitor and analyze donor engagement metrics to inform strategy.
• Serve as primary contact for Direct Mail Agency.
• Contribute to annual planning for mid-level donor goals.
