Our Digital Designers are our visual storytellers, tasked with creating impactful and inspiring visual narratives. They help bring brands to life in meaningful ways—highlighting stories that matter, such as lives saved, freedoms achieved, and hope restored—through innovative design.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a commercial agency setting, with a passion for solving design problems, building scalable design systems, and understanding the realities of agency work.
BFA, BS, or BDes degree in design is preferred; programming skills are a bonus.
