Digital Marketing Designer – (Remote)

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for digital design and a strong eye for detail? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Designer to join our remote marketing team and help bring our brand to life across digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about supporting revenue marketing through thoughtful, high-performing visuals.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design a wide range of digital marketing assets—ads, emails, landing pages, infographics, social graphics, blogs, and more.
2. Consistently deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.
3. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and other designers to develop engaging assets that drive performance.
4. Translate complex concepts into clean, compelling visuals tailored to a construction and technology-focused audience.
5. Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
6. (Bonus) Create motion graphics, animations, or short-form videos to enhance marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing digital work in B2B and/or corporate marketing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus if you have experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Highly collaborative and communicative—comfortable working with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to prioritize and pivot as project needs evolve.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and understanding of how design supports conversion goals.
• Working knowledge of collaborative tools like Figma, Canva, or Creatopy.
• Experience in or familiarity with construction, architecture, engineering, or SaaS industries.
• Prior experience working in a remote, B2B environment using tools like Wrike is a plus.
