We are seeking a Sr. Web and Digital Designer for one of our clients, remotely from the United States or Canada.

In this role, you will craft exceptional digital experiences that represent the brand online, ensuring seamless and visually engaging user journeys. You will design and maintain scalable design systems and digital touchpoints, including websites, landing pages, emails, and online campaigns. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and web teams, you will keep the digital presence fresh, relevant, and aligned with business goals. This is a hands-on position where your expertise will directly impact user experience and digital engagement across platforms.

Accountabilities:

1. Design and maintain cohesive digital design systems and templates across web platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual language.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and engaging user experiences across digital channels, including websites and email campaigns.
3. Stay updated with digital design trends and best practices to continually innovate and improve user experience.
4. Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO, ensuring digital assets meet functional and brand requirements.

Requirements:

1. 6-10 years of experience in digital and web design, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency across various platforms.
2. Strong knowledge of digital design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
3. Proven ability to create scalable design systems for different digital platforms.
4. Expertise in UX/UI design principles applied to web and mobile projects.
5. Familiarity with web development principles and effective collaboration with developers.
6. Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software, with a willingness to learn new tools.
7. Strong communication skills to present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and teams.
