Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leader in the construction industry. We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you'll do in this role:

• Design imagery, ad layouts, emails, landing page assets, infographics, blogs, and social media content for digital marketing campaigns
• Create static and dynamic visuals aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to produce high-impact creative assets that drive engagement and conversions
• Translate complex concepts into clean, compelling visuals tailored to a B2B construction audience
• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
• Optionally contribute motion graphics, animations, or short-form video content if experienced

What you'll bring to the role:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B and corporate marketing work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Premiere or After Effects is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work across large, cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of revenue/performance marketing and how visual design supports conversion goals
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting needs
• High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, proactively seeking feedback and contributing ideas
• Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, Creatopy, and project management platforms such as Wrike
• Familiarity with the construction, architecture, engineering, or SaaS industries is a plus
• Must be able to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
