Job Overview:

The Corporate Communications Team Digital Designer supports the team by enhancing and illustrating messaging through high-quality visual content. This role ensures that Key's brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communications and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop UI elements and visual design language to create intuitive and accessible interfaces
  • Design visual assets that complement Corporate Communications messaging, including:
    • Key Connect pages/sites
    • Hero graphic tiles, logos, reports, presentations, infographics, and emails
  • Test graphics across various media to ensure compatibility across mobile devices
  • Ensure alignment with Key's Brand Guidelines in both internal and external communications
  • Manage projects of varying length and complexity while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Design Key Connect home page, hero graphics, and Company News stories
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize messaging design for enhanced engagement
  • Create on-brand visual designs that align with business strategy while prioritizing user experience
  • Partner with Key's Design Studio, technology teams, UX designers, and engagement managers for high-quality creative execution
  • Conduct usability testing to refine assets and improve audience engagement
  • Design assets for CEO and C-Suite messaging
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

Experience & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly SharePoint Online
  • Knowledge of typography, color, and production best practices
  • Experience in information architecture and wireframe development
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholder requests
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and efficiently within a team
  • Advanced understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Commitment to continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
