MSA Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Digital Design Project Manager in Saint Paul, MN to lead digital design initiatives across civil engineering, architecture, and technology-enabled project delivery. You will drive standardization, evaluate new tools, and partner with operations to improve efficiency and quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, strategic planning, and mentoring teams through technology adoption, with diverse on-site and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical design experience in Civil Engineering with emphasis on 3D modeling on civil or building projects.
• Experience with digital design, CAD/BIM, model-based design, or technology-enabled project delivery within architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Experience leading projects, implementing technology solutions, or improving technical workflows and processes.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk, Bentley, or similar technologies.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions and translate them into practical improvements for project teams.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Lead initiatives to improve and standardize digital design practices, technologies, and workflows across engineering and architecture teams.
• Plan and coordinate digital delivery improvements, including technology evaluations, implementation strategies, project setup approaches, and process enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for greater efficiency, accuracy, collaboration, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish consistent digital delivery standards, documentation, quality-control practices, and client-specific workflows with CAD/BIM Managers.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, IT, and technical teams to develop training resources and adopt new tools.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (Autodesk, Bentley, BIM, visualization, reality capture, automation) and recommend investments.
