Job summary
MSA Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Digital Design Project Manager to lead initiatives that enhance how our civil/architectural teams use technology to design, coordinate, and deliver projects.
You will guide digital workflows, leverage CAD/BIM tools, and drive standardized practices across the engineering and architectural groups. With 5+ years in design, you will shape technology adoption, collaborate across disciplines, and help grow digital delivery capabilities while partnering
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of practical Civil Engineering design with 3D modeling.
- Experience with CAD/BIM and model-based design in AEC environments.
- Proven ability to lead projects and implement technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Autodesk or Bentley platforms for digital delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Advance digital delivery by standardizing design practices across teams.
- Plan and coordinate digital delivery improvements and projects.
- Partner with operations to improve efficiency and quality.
- Develop standards, QC practices, and client workflows.
- Collaborate on training and adoption of new tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make investment recommendations.
