Smile Dental Clinics is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to connect with patients, explain treatment options, review pretreatment estimates, and assist with financial planning and scheduling.

You will work with the dental team, manage patient records in a digital, paperless environment, verify insurance, coordinate with third-party financing, and ensure accurate documentation and timely communications to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Clear and persuasive communication skills (written and verbal).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Experience using dental software to manage records and appointments.
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes and third-party financing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments to maximize dentist time and minimize wait times.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships with empathetic support.
• Utilize digital tools to improve accuracy of records and streamline workflow.
