HDR is hiring a Digital Delivery Lead for the Transmission Business Class. The role focuses on improving workflows, tooling, and digital design practices to boost efficiency across projects.

You will champion AI integrations and low‑code solutions, while aligning design activities with HDR’s Digital Design Community. You will lead tooling usage for PLS‑CADD, manage licenses, and help drive scalable digital delivery across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years in digital design (BIM authoring) and 5 years in digital delivery (model management).
• Experience with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Familiar with industry standards, codes, and automation basics.
• Proven track record developing engineering automations and low-code/no-code workflows.

Responsabilités

• Act as a Transmission representative in HDR’s Digital Design Community, collaborating on tools and standards.
• Identify and scale process-improvement initiatives using new technologies and dynamic workflows.
• Lead effective use of AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related production software.
• Develop bespoke tools, scripts, and automations to streamline tasks.
• Explore AI tools and Microsoft Power Apps to enhance operations.
• Serve as Product Owner for PLS‑CADD licenses, usage tracking, and roadmaps.
• Support digital integration using Bentley iTwin or similar platforms.
