Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent with BIM experience.
• 5+ years in digital design (BIM element authoring) and digital delivery (model management).
• Knowledge of building systems, discipline codes and specifications.
• Experience with 3D design software and document management.

Responsibilities

• Act as HDR’s Transmission design tool advocate within the Digital Design Community.
• Identify, develop and scale process improvement initiatives using new technologies.
• Lead and support use of AutoCAD, MicroStation and related software on transmission projects.
• Identify bottlenecks and create bespoke tools, scripts, and automations.
• Explore AI tools and Microsoft Power Apps to enhance operations.
• Serve as Product Owner for PLS‑CADD licenses and roadmaps for future upgrades.
• Support digital integration with platforms like Bentley iTwin for collaboration.
