HDR is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to advance our Transmission Business Class through process improvements, custom tools, and AI integrations that boost engineering design and project delivery.

You will align design practices with HDR’s Digital Design Community and manage PLS-CADD licensing, costs, and roadmaps for future software enhancements and training. HDR provides a comprehensive benefits package and a nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of digital design (BIM element authoring) and 5+ years in digital delivery (model management).
• Advanced 3D design software skills and document management.
• Experience with 3D coordination tools and industry codes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Familiar with automation and programming concepts for efficiencies.
• Strong client service, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as HDR Transmission representative within the Digital Design Community, contributing to cross‑business collaboration on tools, workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Identify and scale process-improvement initiatives using cutting‑edge technologies and dynamic workflows for digital design and project delivery.
• Lead and support the effective use of design tools like AutoCAD and MicroStation across transmission projects.
• Develop bespoke tools, scripts, and automations to streamline engineering tasks.
• Explore, evaluate, and integrate AI tools such as Power Apps to enhance operations.
• Serve as Product Owner for PLS‑CADD licenses, usage tracking, cost analyses, and roadmaps for enhancements and training.
• Support digital integration using platforms like Bentley iTwin for multidisciplinary collaboration.
