Job summary

HDR is a global engineering leader delivering power infrastructure. We seek a Digital Delivery Lead for the Transmission Business Class to drive process improvements, implement AI-enabled workflows, and champion digital design across tools like PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.

You will guide design practices with HDR’s DDC platform and own licensing strategies while aligning multidisciplinary teams for efficient project delivery. Based in Colorado or multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in BIM and digital design.
• 5 years in digital design (BIM) and 5 years in digital delivery (model management).
• Strong knowledge of engineering design standards and 3D coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR's Digital Design Community initiatives across tools, workflows, and standards.
• Develop and scale process improvements using cutting-edge technologies.
• Act as Product Owner for PLS-CADD licenses and roadmaps.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance daily operations and project delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
