HDR is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead for the Transmission Business Class in the United States. The role champions process improvements, implements advanced technologies, and develops custom tools to elevate engineering design and delivery.

You will align design practices with HDR’s Digital Design Community, ensuring scalable solutions for project teams and cross‑group collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital design and delivery, with experience in PLS-CADD, AutoCAD,

Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 5 years in digital design (BIM element authoring) and 5 years digital delivery (model management).
Strong command of 3D design software and document management systems.
Experience with PLS-CADD and licenses management is preferred.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms in production workflows.
Experience with AI tool integrations and automation is a plus.

Responsabilités

Act as a Transmission representative within HDR’s Digital Design Community.
Lead process-improvement initiatives and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
Drive adoption of AI tools and dynamic workflows for digital design and project delivery.
Oversee design tools usage and efficiencies for transmission projects.
Manage PLS-CADD licenses, usage tracking, and cost analyses.
Support digital integration via Bentley iTwin or similar platforms.
