Job summary

BGE, Inc is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead our Bentley technology platform across the firm in Austin. You will be the primary owner of ORD, ProjectWise, and iTwin/iModel initiatives, bridging hands-on engineering delivery with strategic leadership.

You will define standardized workflows, mentor Bentley SMEs, drive automation and data-driven delivery, and collaborate with practice groups and IT to scale ORD and ProjectWise capabilities across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer in production civil/transportation environment.
• Experience with ProjectWise administration or strategy, including workflow design and governance.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple offices or practice groups.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing or delivering training programs for engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance BGE’s Bentley technology roadmap (ORD, ProjectWise, iTwin/iModel).
• Define standardized ORD design workflows and modeling practices aligned with DOT and client standards.
• Oversee enterprise ProjectWise strategy and licensing in coordination with IT.
• Serve as internal subject matter authority for Bentley technologies and mentor SMEs.
