Job summary

HNTB in Austin, Texas is seeking an Integrated Construction Technology Lead to drive digital delivery across planning, design, construction and operations for complex infrastructure programs.

You will lead implementation of Bentley BIM ecosystem (BIC, ProjectWise, SYNCHRO, OpenRoads, OpenBridge Modeler, iTwin) and integrate with BIM, scheduling, field construction and data management to enable model-based planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and integrating infrastructure technology platforms.
• Deep expertise with Bentley technology ecosystem (BIC, ProjectWise, SYNCHRO, OpenRoads, OpenBridge Modeler, iTwin).
• Ability to develop scalable implementation strategies and integrated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leads service improvement initiatives and drives customer satisfaction.
• Works with IT solutions, architecture, utility, and cloud services.
• Acts as technical lead for enterprise data management platform implementation for CRM redesign.
• Manages user accounts, directory access, and server permissions.
• Trains customers on software and hardware as requested.
• Develops architecture for software, database, third-party integration, and infrastructure.
• Sponsors roadmap and correlates failures across hardware, firmware, software and network topology.
• Supports business development and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
