Job summary

BGE, Inc. in Frisco, TX seeks an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead Bentley technology across ORD, ProjectWise, and iTwin. You will align workflows with DOT and client standards while driving adoption of automation and data-driven delivery.

As the face of Bentley platforms, you’ll mentor designers, coordinate across offices, and shape a scalable training program within the Enterprise Technology group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Survey, or related technical discipline.
• Significant hands-on experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer in a production civil/transportation engineering environment.
• Demonstrated experience with ProjectWise administration or strategy, including workflow design and CDE governance.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple offices or practice groups.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing or delivering training programs for engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance Bentley technology roadmap across ORD, ProjectWise, and iTwin platforms.
• Define standardized ORD workflows and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Oversee enterprise ProjectWise strategy, environment architecture, and access management.
• Manage Bentley licensing and vendor relationships.
• Champion automation and data-driven delivery using iTwin APIs and ECSQL.
• Develop and scale structured training programs for ORD and ProjectWise.
