Job summary

RGP is seeking a Director to grow and deliver work across our Digital Build & Integration practice. This is a client leadership role, requiring the ability to run technically complex programs, build executive relationships, and identify opportunities beyond current engagements.

The role involves leading large-scale projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and driving outcomes with AI-assisted delivery tools to accelerate timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management for software/digital solutions or related initiatives.
• Experience in professional services or consulting firms.
• Strong leadership with the ability to engage C-suite and executives.
• Experience managing large, complex programs end-to-end across multiple technologies.
• Ability to articulate AI value in client engagements and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client pitches and pursuit conversations with delivery credibility and technical depth.
• Scope new engagements with Practice Lead and Sales Engineers.
• Build senior client relationships to surface new opportunities through delivery excellence.
• Contribute to proposals and statements of work using direct delivery experience.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, technically complex projects with multi-platform integrations.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to ensure milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Ensure the team understands the 'why' and drives business outcomes beyond milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive progress and timely delivery.
• Leverage AI-assisted delivery tools to accelerate timelines and improve quality.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within RGP and client teams.
• Negotiate with client parties to achieve outcomes and manage change effectively.
• Maintain oversight of project performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Prepare regular communications and dashboards for sponsors and executives.

RGP is hiring a Director to help grow and deliver work across our Digital Build & Integration practice.

Digital Build & Integration delivers complex data, digital experience, and DevSecOps programs. Our Delivery Leads are the reason clients trust us with their hardest problems and come back with more. This is not a project management role. It is a client leadership role that requires someone who can run a technically complex program, build relationships at the executive level, and see the next opportunity before the current one closes.

Base Pay Range: $170,000 - $213,000

Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation

What You Will Work On

• Participate in client pitches and pursuit conversations, bringing delivery credibility and technical depth to the sales process
• Partner with the Practice Lead and Sales Engineers to scope new engagements and expand existing accounts
• Build and maintain senior client relationships that surface new opportunities organically through delivery excellence
• Contribute to proposal development and statements of work drawing on direct delivery experience
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, technically complex projects and transformation efforts that include integrations with multiple platforms for high profile clients from discovery through technical implementation.
• Manage sizable, multi-disciplinary teams of UX strategists, designers, business analysts, developers, quality assurance analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure the project milestones are achieved and client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Ensure the team understands the “why” behind the project and drive true business outcomes adding value to the project beyond just completing milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives, to drive project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Leverage AI-assisted delivery tools and frameworks to accelerate project timelines, improve delivery quality, and demonstrate innovation to clients
• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adaptability with both the RGP and client team to foster innovation and quality delivery.
• Negotiate with various parties within the client organization to achieve desired outcomes and manage change effectively.
• Maintain oversight and accountability for project performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver regular, audience-specific communications/reports/dashboards to ensure that program sponsors, key stakeholders, and c-suite leadership are adequately apprised of project status, successes, risks and issues.

What You Will Bring

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management implementing software solutions, digital solutions, collaboration technology, workforce automation and/or content/marketing solutions
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional services or consulting firm
• Empowered self-starter comfortable with taking the lead and managing multiple initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams
• Strategic critical thinker, with the ability to question decisions and propose creative solutions to complex problems.
• Experience managing large scale, highly complex projects end-to-end across a portfolio of different technologies.
• Ability to speak credibly to clients about AI's role in accelerating delivery and improving outcomes, and to identify where AI capabilities could add value within a client engagement
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization including C-Suite executives
• Experience mentoring members of the team, guiding them and grooming them for more responsibility
• Ability to adapt quickly as client priorities change and be comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Excellent process development, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills
