RGP is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Digital Solutions Coaching Community, delivering client-ready solutions across industries using technology, data, analytics, and AI capabilities. You will bridge business and technology, drive workstreams end-to-end, and mentor junior consultants.

You will lead data analytics initiatives, build dashboards, and present findings to senior stakeholders, contributing to the growth of the Digital Solutions practice and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consulting, advisory, or transformation experience.
• Experience independently managing workstreams with client-facing results.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background in management consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute consulting workstreams with limited oversight.
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and develop actionable solutions.
• Support digital transformation, data and analytics, AI, technology enablement, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop client-ready presentations, analyses, recommendations, and supporting documentation.
• Build dashboards, perform data analysis, and leverage technology tools to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Mentor junior consultants when appropriate and contribute to the growth of the Digital Solutions practice.

RGP is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Digital Solutions Coaching Community. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology, data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities while working directly with clients across a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting fundamentals with hands-on technical and analytical capabilities. We are particularly interested in consultants who can bridge business and technology, translate stakeholder needs into practical solutions, and independently drive workstreams from analysis through implementation.

Compensation Range: $115,000-$145,000Other Compensation: Incentive Bonus

What you will work on

• Lead and execute consulting workstreams with limited oversight.
