Job summary

RGP is seeking a Senior Manager in its Digital & Technology Practice to lead technology transformation initiatives for clients, guiding strategy, modernization, and successful delivery.

You will mentor teams, manage multi-workstream programs, drive cloud migration, analytics enablement, and foster client relationships across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in consulting and/or senior roles within financial services or technology-enabled environments.
• Experience in technology strategy and digital transformation, IT operations, cloud, and data platform modernization, and advanced analytics and AI enablement.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream engagements and delivering client impact across geographies.
• Ability to engage senior executives and articulate technology concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of financial services technology domains such as capital markets, commercial and retail banking, and payments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, distributed teams and fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Ability to travel as client needs require.
