M&J Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Digital Delivery Coordinator / CADD Designer to support transportation and infrastructure projects in Texas.

The role blends project production with process improvement, delivering plans, exhibits, and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer. You will help establish CAD standards, templates, and workflows, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables on municipal

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting transportation, civil, structural, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience preparing engineering plans and technical exhibits.
• Working knowledge of engineering drawing standards and plan production workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare engineering plans, exhibits, details, and construction documents for transportation, bridge, structural, and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain CAD workflows using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer.
• Support engineers and project managers with design development, drafting, quantity calculations, and deliverable preparation.
• Coordinate with internal and external project teams to maintain consistency across project deliverables.
• Assist with project setup, file management, sheet development, plotting, and electronic submissions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining CAD standards, templates, seed files, and drafting procedures.
• Support implementation of quality control processes related to plan production and digital delivery.
• Provide technical support and guidance regarding production workflows and software tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and overall project delivery quality.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of future production staff.
• Assist with documenting production standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's transportation and infrastructure delivery capabilities.
