Job summary

M&J Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator / CADD Designer to support transportation and infrastructure projects in the Texas region.

The ideal candidate will develop CAD standards, templates, and workflows, while delivering plans and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer. The role combines project production with process improvement, requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting transportation, civil, structural, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Experience preparing engineering plans and technical exhibits.
• Working knowledge of plan production workflows and CAD standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering plans, exhibits, details, and construction documents for transportation and municipal projects.
• Develop and maintain CAD workflows using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer.
• Support engineers and project managers with design development and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Assist with project setup, file management, and plotting.
