Job summary

M&J Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Digital Delivery Coordinator / CADD Designer to support transportation and infrastructure projects in Texas.

You will prepare plans, exhibits, and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer, and help establish digital delivery standards and workflows. The role combines project production with process improvement, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across teams to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting transportation, civil, structural, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation.
• Experience preparing engineering plans and technical exhibits; knowledge of drawing standards and plan production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Support: Prepare engineering plans, exhibits, details, and construction documents for transportation, bridge, structural, and municipal infrastructure projects; develop and maintain plan production workflows using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer; support engineers and project managers with design development, drafting, quantity calculations, and deliverable preparation; coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain consistency across project deliverables; assist with project setup, file management, sheet development, plotting, and electronic submissions.
