Job summary

You will help establish digital delivery standards, workflows, and best practices within our growing engineering team. The role blends project production with process improvement, requiring 5+ years of experience and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting transportation, civil, structural, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation.
- Experience preparing engineering plans and technical exhibits.
- Knowledge of drawing standards and plan production workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering plans, exhibits, details and construction documents for transportation, bridge and municipal projects.
- Develop and maintain plan production workflows using CAD/design software.
- Support engineers and project managers with design development, drafting and quantity calculations.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency across deliverables.
- Assist with project setup, file management, and electronic submissions.
