Converge Inc. is seeking a blended underwriting and underwriting support role to manage cyber business through our digital channel. You will underwrite, handle referrals outside automation, and support brokers day-to-day, becoming the voice of the broker to our digital and product leadership.

You will report to Digital Leadership and will earn underwriting authority, contributing to policy renewals and risk strategies while aligning with corporate policies.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of cyber underwriting experience.
• Working knowledge of cyber risk, including security controls, ransomware exposures, and cyber coverages.
• Experience with digital insurance platforms or tech-enabled products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite primary cyber business submitted through the digital platform.
• Review referrals and edge cases outside automated underwriting.
• Process manual bind orders and endorsements; respond to broker questions.
• Collect broker feedback and share with digital/product leadership.
• Identify appetite gaps and opportunities for product refinements.
• Escalate complex risks with clear recommendations.
