Job summary

Fayette County Public Schools technology department seeks a Digital Curriculum Support Specialist I to provide technical assistance and guidance for digital curriculum tools. The role involves training end users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring FERPA and security standards are followed.

Responsibilities include liaising with schools and vendors, assisting with SIS data extracts, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Three years as a Digital Curriculum user or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Provide Digital Curriculum technical support, training and guidance to School and District users.
Assure adherence to standards relating to applications, programming, FERPA and related procedures.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system and user issues.
Document user processes and problems for effective system utilization.
Serve as a liaison between schools, the district and Digital Curriculum vendors.
Assist in SIS data extracts to Digital Curriculum Software and Applications.
Collaborate with team members in all venues.
Demonstrate willingness to communicate in more than one language at novice level.
Perform other duties as assigned; maintain regular attendance.
