Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating Windows PCs, Chromebooks, iPads and related peripherals.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy and Mobile Device Management.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software and document steps.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and telephone support for users of hardware and software.
• Install Windows PCs, Chromebooks and iPads with peripherals and apps.
• Manage district hardware and accounts using AD, GP, and MDM solutions.
• Conduct tier II problem-solving research and document steps in a Help Desk system.
• Test, install and configure new software programs and updates.
• Diagnose hardware problems and replace components as needed.
• Train users in the operation of district technology and software.
• Evaluate user department needs and recommend hardware/software solutions.
