Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to turn online orders into smooth curbside pickups. You will shop orders quickly, verify items, and collect payment to create a seamless carside experience for customers.

You'll greet customers with a friendly attitude, learn new technologies, and maintain strong teamwork across the store while following food safety and packaging standards. Prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.

• Able to learn new technologies quickly and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous curbside service and accurate order fulfillment.
• Greet customers and respond to questions in person and by phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly with leadership support.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders during shift.
• Scan products, bag items, and follow bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders per food safety guidelines.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for next pickup.
