Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders and create a smooth pickup experience for customers. You will greet customers, verify items, and ensure accurate payment collection at the carside area. Emphasis on service mindset and attention to detail.

Training will be provided; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus. The role supports a friendly, efficient curbside process and may involve various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately.
• Provide courteous service at the curbside pickup area and respond to questions.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Resolve customer concerns by partnering with leadership as needed.
• Receive daily workflow and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Scan/verify items, bag items, and follow bagging standards.
