Professional MS Dynamics 365 CRM / Azure developer – NA CCMP Dynamics

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Gather, assimilate and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions
2. Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured and compelling way
3. Be result oriented, assuming responsibility for assigned work and reviewing for accuracy and quality.
4. Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations.
5. Participate in technical analysis and create specification document
6. Develop technical architecture, strategy and guidelines document
7. Track Development progress and project deliverables
8. Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

You are a seasoned Dynamics 365 developer (3 years minimum in MS D365 environment) who understands business challenges and can effectively propose technology solutions. You are a solid professional communicator with personal skills to make positive impact within the team.

1. University Degree on Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field of studies
2. Minimum 3 years of experience implementing, configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
3. Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages like C#
4. Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE
5. Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems
6. Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
7. Ability to take business requirements
8. Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
9. Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful)
10. Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
11. Knowledge of the Dataverse
12. Experience in Software Delivery
13. Experience in PowerPlatform native components, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure development, Azure DevOps
14. Skills on Power BI and Azure automated deployments (nice to have)
15. Autonomy in the application design
16. Attitude to problem solving
17. Excellent knowledge of English
18. Dynamism and flexibility
