Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Digital Court Reporter.
• Proficient with digital recording software and audio management.
• Ability to pass security screening for access to client sites, including government buildings.
• Strong command of English and attention to detail.
• Experience covering multi-speaker and technical proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Capture digital audio recordings of legal proceedings (depositions, hearings, meetings).
• Administer oaths and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Monitor audio quality in real time and annotate the record with speaker IDs.
• Maintain secure, organized records and ensure timely submission of files and notes.
• Upload and submit audio files and annotations through secure systems.
• Coordinate with scheduling and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Represent Neal R. Gross and Co. professionally in all proceedings.
• Interact with high-level clients (Federal Govt, State Govt, Private Industry)
